Another wonderful idea just struck you, perhaps you have done the necessary market research. You are sure this one is the right step to take. Before starting up again, please read the next few paragraphs.
A lot of things need be considered before jumping onto projects, most budding entrepreneurs don’t, and hence they don’t complete them, fail or succeed by fluke. There are numerous factors one needs to consider, amongst them all, I find these very important
Research: Have you done all necessary market research? Never embark on a project because you are merely in love with the idea. The love will be short-lived and the drive to forge ahead will escape, leaving you with a feeling of failure and frustration. Instead, take all ideas into a research bed.
Strive to answer questions like who would benefit from this project? What problems are going to be solved? What are the social or economic values of the end product? Get these answers and perform a reality check on them. If you are satisfied with the results, consider other factors below.

I have learnt over time to apply entrepreneurial approaches towards all endeavors, and I learnt the hard way. More often than not, we become so blinded by what we have passion for that we fail to see reasons to be shrewdly smart about them. This makes us almost a loser at the long run. While some becomes used and dumped, some just lose touch of reality!
Music is becoming a serious business in Nigeria lately; thousands of young people are making demo tapes of songs made from fruityloops or cakewalk, while they roam the streets of Lagos, looking for a record labels to float on. Some of theses dudes (or gals) are as bad as a humming mosquito, while some rocks like a gangan drum on steroids!
A close study of these two, the bad and good, shows that the bad ones come to limelight because they have been able to apply basic entrepreneurial tips. I had a one week break from work life last week, so I decided to spend it wisely. Initially I headed for Abeokuta (the Rock City) in Ogun State, Nigeria, so I could enjoy the serene environment.
I hadn’t spend 48 hours in Abeokua when Lanre (Pyranet), a friend from Lagos State University (Festac Campus) gave me a call. I had to go back to Lagos.
